Delivery Guidelines:

• The average processing time to prepare for shipping will be 3-5 working days, and the delivery period may vary based on the city.
• Door delivery is available via DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post, while others will need to be collected from the nearest station by the customer.
• The final shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address selected.
• Our offices are closed on Sundays. If an order is placed on a Saturday, Monday will be considered the first day of processing.
• We primarily communicate via email. Send any replies to [email protected].
• During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, we may experience higher volumes of orders, which can lead to longer processing times.

Cash On Delivery:

• Once the order is validated, we will apply COD and send a confirmation email. A follow-up call/mail will be sent once the order is updated.
• COD is available only for products under the category 'Free Shipping and COD Combo'.
• We use Delhivery/Xpress Bees courier service for delivery.

Dispatch Options:

• Delhivery - Same-day dispatch until 2 pm. Order by 2 pm to have your package dispatched on the same day.
• Xpress Bees - Same-day dispatch until 2 pm. Order by 2 pm to have your package dispatched on the same day.
• India Post - Same-day packing, but orders are dispatched the next day without fail.
• ST/French - Same-day dispatch until 2 pm. Order by 2 pm to have your package dispatched on the same day.
• AKR/MSS - Same-day dispatch until 2 pm. Order by 2 pm to have your package dispatched on the same day.
• VRL/Navata - Same-day packing and dispatch within 2 to 3 days maximum.
• V-XPress - Same-day packing and dispatch within 2 to 3 days maximum.
