Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Once Refund is initiated, the amount will be credited to your payment mode within 5~7 bank working days as per Payment gateway norms.
Note: We refund only Product value only If the Order is shipped.
Processing Time
When you send a Normal refund request to Razorpay, the information is sent to Razorpay banking partners. Depending on the bank's processing time, the refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account or card balance.
The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.

Please contact us at the customer service number below for defective or damaged products to arrange a refund or exchange.
 
MISSING
  • Parcel opening video is a must for return, refund, or missing requests. Without video, none of the requests were entertained.
  • Some small products are packed inside another product bag, Please clearly check.
  • If the Items missing are confirmed, we will reship those items or refund money for missing items.
  • If a package is opened or the packages count is less while delivery, Don't collect it and contact us immediately. If You collected those kinds of parcels without our concern, we cant help with that.
