All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We need a proper reason to return products.

For Our mistakes, we don't charge you a single penny.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We strongly recommend that you use a Heavy box to return packaging and we are not responsible for return damages. Our team will respond to your return mail in 12~24 hrs on Working Days.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Once Refund is initiated, the amount will be credited to your payment mode within 5~7 bank working days as per Payment gateway norms. Debit/Credit or any other Card- We will refund in the same bank account / Mode of payment.
Note: We refund only Product value only If the Order is shipped.
When you send a Normal refund request to Razorpay, the information is sent to Razorpay banking partners. Depending on the bank's processing time, the refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account or card balance.
The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.
MISSING ITEMS POLICY
If you have received your order and found that some items are missing, please follow the guidelines mentioned below:
- Please create a parcel opening video if you wish to raise a claim for missing items, refund, or return requests. Without a video, we will not be able to process your request.
- Please check all the products in your order, including small products that may be packed inside another product bag, before you raise a claim for missing items.
- If you have confirmed that some items are missing from your order, we will either reship those items to you or issue a refund for the missing items.
- If you receive a package that is already opened or if the package count is less than what you were supposed to receive, please do not collect it. Instead, please contact us immediately with your order number and other relevant details.
