Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within one days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging , and mail your return to the following address:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to shipping.
 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • To ensure a smooth resolution for missing items, refunds, or returns, we highly recommend including a video of yourself opening the parcel. This video will help us verify the condition of the received items and expedite processing your request.
  • We kindly request you to thoroughly check all items in your order upon arrival. This includes carefully examining any smaller products that might be packaged within other product bags.
  • In the unfortunate event that some items are missing from your order after a thorough check, we will promptly work towards resolving the issue. You can choose between having the missing items reshipped to you free of charge or receiving a full refund for the missing items.
  • In case you receive a package that appears tampered with, including situations where the packaging is already opened or the number of packages is less than what you ordered, please kindly refuse the delivery. Immediately contact us with your order number and any other relevant details, such as photos of the damaged packaging if possible.
  • We take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives correctly and in good condition. In the unfortunate event you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will promptly arrange for a return shipment at no cost to you.
  • We understand that mistakes happen. In cases where you unintentionally placed an incorrect order, we will do our best to facilitate a smooth return process and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
